Vets Helping Vets

The Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association® (CVMA®) Utah Chapter 4 is not a motorcycle club—we are a veterans association united by our shared love of riding and our commitment to supporting fellow veterans. Our motto, “Vets Helping Vets,” guides everything we do.

We ride together not only for camaraderie, but to raise awareness and assist organizations that address veterans’ issues. Whether it’s through community events, outreach, or direct support, our mission is simple: to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with those who have served.

 

Who We Are

  • Combat Veterans: Full Members are veterans of foreign wars who own and operate motorcycles of 500cc or above.
  • Life Members: Dedicated veterans who have actively participated for at least three years and continue to uphold our mission.
  • Auxiliary Members: Spouses, widows, and widowers of Full Members who share our commitment to supporting veterans and their families.
  • Support Members: Veterans sponsored by Full Members who ride and contribute to our cause.

Every member is expected to be of good character, actively engaged in supporting veterans, and aligned with our mission—not simply seeking a patch, but truly believing in “Vets Helping Vets.”

 

What We Do

  • Ride with Purpose: Our motorcycles are more than a hobby—they’re a symbol of unity and freedom.
  • Support Veterans: We assist organizations and individuals addressing veterans’ needs, from housing and healthcare to community connection.
  • Build Community: Through events, meetings, and rides, we create a network of support and friendship for veterans and their families.

 

Our Commitment

Membership in CVMA® Utah Chapter 4 is granted in accordance with national bylaws, ensuring integrity and consistency across all chapters. Proof of service is required, and dues help sustain our mission. For deployed members, national dues are waived in recognition of their ongoing sacrifice.

We are proud to be part of a nationwide brotherhood of veterans who ride, serve, and support one another.
